Matt Burden

Matt has worked in retail, loyalty management and consultancy for over 20 years. He specialises in helping retail businesses to create and scale analytics capabilities, through building transformation programs around their data and technology assets and the creation of lasting capability through operational and organisational design.


Matt’s career foundations came from Tesco, where he worked across store operations, marketing and CRM. He has built high performing teams in professional services organisations in Europe, the USA and Australia, including Emnos, Aimia and Quantium, supporting major retail brands in all markets.
