Tim has managed the development, transformation, operations and marketing of many of the world’s leading loyalty and member engagement programmes across Europe, Middle East and Asia Pacific markets.


He has significant expertise in consumer insight, partnership management, operations, marketing and customer liftetime value management. Tim has worked across many sectors including retail, financial services, publishing, and internet services for major organisations including IHG, Grey Group, Aimia (Nectar UK, Italy, Air Miles Middle East, Travel Club, Spain), HSBC, American Express and Rakuten Pay.

Prior to joining Tecsa, Tim was Head of Membership for Rakuten Europe.
