Tecsa announces Anthony Morris as CEO and Rob Ruttenberg as Managing Director of Data Science

Consumer data and digital loyalty specialists The Tecsa Group appoint former Dixons Carphone Director of Data & Analytics Anthony Morris as CEO, and former dunnhumby Global Category Analytics Director, Rob Ruttenberg as Managing Director of Data Science. 

Anthony Morris has been working with Tecsa since leaving Dixons in 2020. Prior to joining Tecsa, Morris led the data, analytics, business intelligence & insights teams across Dixons Carphone, where he was responsible for driving more effective use of data and data use case development. Prior to Dixons, Morris worked for the consultancy Booz Allen. 

Rob Ruttenberg joins from dunnhumby where he has spent the last 13 years leading solutions development and was global lead for retail category analytics working with some of the world’s largest grocers including Tesco, Casino and Wholefoods, now owned by Amazon.

About Anthony Morris 

Anthony built his early career in consulting at Booz Allen where he specialized in FMCG brand transformation and private equity before spending over a decade at Dixons Carphone, where he led data, analytics, business intelligence, and insights. Anthony holds a 1st class Masters in Engineering from the University of Bristol and an MBA from London Business School. 

About Rob Ruttenberg 

Rob built his early career leading customer insights and data at the Loyalty Management Group and The John Lewis Partnership. Rob joined dunnhumby in 2008 as Solutions Director before progressing to lead the Global Category Consulting practice. Rob holds a Masters in Aeronautical Engineering, 1st class, from the University of Bristol and a DipMS from the University of Cambridge.
